3 (4 1/2-inch) sticks hard peppermint candy 1 cup sifted powdered sugar 1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup powdered nondairy coffee creamer
1. Place candy in a heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag; crush candy with mallet.
2. Combine crushed candy and remaining ingredients.
3. Store in an airtight container. To serve, combine 1/4 cup cocoa mix and 3/4 cup boiling water, stir well.
Yields 2 1/4 cups mix.
