Free Smoothie Recipe

Cool off with this free smoothie recipe !
1 cup milk extract
Fruit, fruit juice, or flavoring of your choice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup ice cream or frozen yogurt
2 or 3 crushed ice cubes, optional
1. Put everything except the ice into a blender and give it a whirl.
2. When it reaches a smooth consistency, add the ice, if using to make the drink extra cold, and blend again until frothy.
Suggestions for Flavoring Your Smoothie:
1/2 banana, sliced 10 or 12 strawberries
2 tablespoons butterscotch syrup 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 peach, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons brewed black coffee 1/2 cup frozen or canned fruit
2 tablespoons peanut butter 1/2 cup juice, such as orange, pineapple, grape or peach nectar 1/4 cup chocolate chips 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
