Summer Berry Pie Recipe - Free Dessert Recipe Compliments of Makin' Memories Cookbook SUMMER BERRY PIE RECIPE 3/4 cup sugar 1 cup each blueberries, raspberries, and sliced strawberries 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 1/2 cups water 1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust 1 package (4-ounce serving size) red Jell-o 2 cups thawed Cool Whip 1. Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in water until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat 2. Stir in gelatin until completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature. 3. Stir in berries. Pour into crust. 4. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Garnish with Cool Whip.
