Three Fruit Yogurt Shake Recipe

THREE-FRUIT YOGURT SHAKE (add a straw and sip away)
2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh blueberries, frozen
1 cup fresh peach slices, frozen
1 (8-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained and frozen
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
2. Serve immediately.
Yields 5 cups.
