Rolled Tortillas Recipe Compliments of Makin' Memories Cookbook
ROLLED TORTILLAS RECIPE
1 can refried El Paso beans
3 green onion, chopped
1 package large flour tortillas (8-10)
1 (4-ounce) can chopped black olive, drained 1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
1 tablespoon picant sauce
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
Salt, pepper to taste
1 (4-ounce) can chili peppers, chopped, drained
1. Place refried beans in food processor and blend.
2. Cream cream cheese with electric mixer. Add sour cream and mix well.
3. Mix all ingredients except tortillas and refried beans.
4. Spread refried beans on tortillas.
5. Spread the sour cream mixture thinly on top of refried beans.
6. Roll, wrap in waxed paper, and refrigerate until ready for use.
7. Slice to desired thickness and serve with picant sauce. These will keep for at least a week in the refrigerator.
