Grilled Beef Spinach Salad

Beef marinating ingredients :

450 grams boneless lean beef steak
2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon soysauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup gingerale
dash of salt, pepper, sage and paprika
cooking oil and barbecue sauce for basting

Salad ingredients :

3 cups baby spinach
3 cups butter lettuce
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup tangerine orange cut in small pieces
1/4 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup pistachios

Dressing ingredients :

1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
3 tablespoon olive oil

Cooking Method :

Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle over your fruit and vege mixture. Toss salad gently.

Marinate beef slices for about 30 minutes, sprinkle some salt and pepper before grilling on your barbecue or oven. Occasionally, basting it with cooking oil and barbecue sauce. Make sure to greased your grill before cooking your lean beef steak. When cooked place it in a cutting board and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place on top of your salad mixture.

This recipe serves about 6-8 guests.
