Blueberry Banana Cup Cake
You Can Lose Weight Eating Muffins?
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup mash ripe bananas
1/4 cup roasted walnuts
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 egg beaten
Note : Ingredients above makes about 12 cupcakes.
Whisk in the flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg
and mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.
Constantly mixing, add sour cream, melted butter,
and eggs until your mixture is smooth and moistened.
Using a paper muffin baking cups, fill each muffin
cups half full. Place few blueberries into each
If you want your cup cakes not so sweet, just lower
amount of sugar. For people who don't want to use
sugar, just use some sugar substitute products. Bake
for about 25 minutes on a 350 degrees oven temperature.
Just halfway on your baking time. Place some few roasted
walnuts on top of each cup cake and continue baking.
When toothpick is inserted at the center and it comes
out clean, your wonderful cup cakes are ready.
Glazed your cup cakes with honey or maple syrup or
just sprinkle with some sugar powder.
