Blueberry Vanilla Ice Cream


1 cup milk
1 quart fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup refine sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
honey almond crisp for garnishing

Note : The ingredients above makes about 1 quart ice cream.

Cooking Method :

Mix blueberries and sugar in a large bowl. Set aside for 25 minutes. Pour your blueberry mixture into a blender. Blend for about 2 minutes. Combined together the remaining ingredients. Place it in a saucepan, using a low heat, cook ingredients for about 8 to 10 minutes. Constantly stirring, until mixture thickens. Stir in blended blueberry mixture. Chill for 2 hours.

Pour your mixture into an ice cream maker freezer. Just follow the manufacturers direction. When serving, scoop ice cream and place it in an icecream sugar bowl cones available in your favorite grocery stores. Garnish it with honey almond crisp on top. Simply enjoy.
