Princess Mini Burger

Ingredients :

1/2 cup minced onion
1 tsp garlic minced
1 pound ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 egg
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp salted butter

Basting: Worcestershire sauce and melted butter combined, brush on top of each mini patties on both sides while pan-broiling it. this will keep the burger patties moist.

Garnish : Small dice tomatoes, thinly slice lettuce, ketchup, mustard, relish and mayonaise.

Cooking method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, Form meat into a mini patties using your hand about and place it on a wax paper.

Heat skillet and oil the base of the skillet using any type of cooking oil or melted butter. Place the patties on the skillet when its ready hot. Flip only once and basting it at the same time.

Using any forming kitchen tools or a scissor cut some mini circular form on a pita bread.

Place the mini meat patty on top of the pita bread, garnish some mustard, ketchup, relish, tomato, lettuce in small portions on top of the meat. Cover it with the other pita bread on top by which you spread some mayonaise on it. Forming the whole presentation like a mini burger.

Toasted Garlic Salmon

1/3 cup butter
1-2 cloves minced garlic
6 ( 1 inch slices french bread )
100 grams smoke salmon
1/4 cup cream cheese
chopped cilantro for garnishing

Cooking Method:

Melt the butter into a baking dish. Add the minced garlic and also add the slices of french bread turning quickly to butter both sides. Let it stand for about 8-10 minutes. Place it in the oven for 15-20 minutes on a 350 degrees oven temperature.

Spread generously cream cheese on top of your toasted bread and place some smoke salmon on top. Finish it of with some cilantro garnishing.
