Fiesta Royal Fruit Dessert


100 fl. oz fruit cocktail
2 cans ( 170 ml ) thick cream
12 oz sugar palm fruit (choose the red color)
12 oz coconut gel (green color)
1(300 ml)condensed milk
grated cheese for garnishing or slivered almonds

Cooking Method:

Using a colander drain syrup of your fruit cocktail. Place it in a large mixing bowl, then drain syrup of sugar palm fruit, as well as, the coconut gel. Place both ingredients in the mixing bowl, combining it with your fruit cocktail. Pour condensed milk and 2 cans of thick cream. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate.

note: Most sugar palm fruit and coconut gel is available in most oriental stores.
