Lobster Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients :
250 grams lobster meat (cooked)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced onions
Seasoned with salt and pepper
1/4 cups chopped toasted pecans
1 cup croutons
1/4 cup crumble blue cheese for garnishing
6 cups of butter lettuce
Dressing Ingredients :
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon mayonaise
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoon warm water
Cooking Method :
Place all dressing ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth or you can whisk all ingredients
in a medium bowl manually also.
Prepare your lobster meat. Sautee onions and garlic
on a melted butter over a medium heated cooking pan.
Add lemon juice and brown sugar, keep stirring gently,
until most of the liquid has evaporated. Seasoned
with salt and pepper to your taste. Set it aside.
In a large salad serving bowl, place your lettuce
and stir in your dressing. Add the croutons and toss
it again. Sprinkle your salad with chopped peacan
nuts and crumbled blue cheese. Place cooked lobster
on top of your salad. This recipe is good for 4-6 people.
