Carrot Hazelnut Tarts
Ingredients :
2 eggs
1/2 corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup toasted hazelnuts
( coarsely chooped )
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup condense milk
24 pastry of 2 inches tarts
Cooking Method :
Beat eggs and mix all other ingredients
thorougly. Spoon into each tart shells.
Preheat oven to 400 degress temperature
then reduce it to 350 degrees and bake
your tarts for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Polynesian Fruit Medley
Ingredients :
1 papaya ( peeled, seeded and cube )
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup slice fresh strawberries
1 tsp lime juice
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup seedless grapes
Cooking Method :
Combine all the fruits in a bowl and
sprinkle it with lime juice and 1 1/2
tbsp of sugar. Chill for about 3 hours.
To serve, sprinkle again the remaining
sugar over the fruit mixture.
